Adria is a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional who has been teaching tennis to children and adults for over a decade and was a Tennis Professional at an elite private club during that time. Adria started playing tennis in Chicago when she was three years old and was consistently ranked in the Top 10 nationally as a junior while winning many tournaments including the Girls 14 Fiesta Bowl (now called Super Nationals).
Adria began her collegiate tennis career at Wake Forest University where, as a freshman playing on first court in singles and doubles, she set the all-time record for wins as a singles player in a single season and won the ACC Singles and Doubles Championships. Adria transferred to Arizona State University the following year. At Arizona State University Adria played the first court in singles and doubles and she won the Pac-10 Singles Championship. She was a four time All-American in both singles and doubles and was ranked as high as #2 nationally in singles and #3 nationally in doubles. Adria is still the all-time career singles wins leader at Arizona State University.
While playing professionally, Adria traveled across the country and throughout the world to play in tournaments. Adria achieved a WTA Pro Ranking of 296 while winning two singles titles and three doubles titles.
